Lux Lives is a celebration of the life of Lux Interior who passed way 11 years ago this February. For the past 10 years some great folks across the pond have been holding annual Lux Lives events where fans get together and see bands, listen to music, and basically celebrate everything Cramps! This has spread to the US starting 7 years ago with the first Lux Lives (US) being held in Boston. It was a great success. Since then, there have been Lux Lives events all over the globe.
Last year there were 3 Lux Lives East Coast events in NYC, Salem, and Portland Maine! Bands and DJ's and fans came together to celebrate the life of Lux Interior. Lux Lives East Coast raised $4,900.00 for Best Friends Animal Society! Since it's inception, Lux Lives East Coast has raised nearly $20,000 for Lux and Ivy's favorite charity!
Like last year's event there will be Lux Lives items for sale and all proceeds will go to Best Friends. Watch this space for exciting updates as we get closer to the show!
